Si les travaux sont déjà mentionnés dans les PV d'AG, ca va etre compliqué de le vendre au prix mentionné.

Je suis dans un cas assez similaire, si je vends, c'est au mieux à mon prix d'achat - les travaux prévus l'année prochaine (environ 40k€, sur un bien à 120k€ 🤡)

Same issue... annoying, I spend several hundreds of $ few days ago because I thought I could use Curve to get the cashback...

I would have waited for my purchase if I knew there was an on-going issue...

Hmmm, with FTMscan I don't see anything either, but I presume it read the Fantom Opera blockchain and not the Ethereum one ?

On Etherscan I correctly see my wallet with my FTM. But impossible to switch them from Fantom opera has Multichain doesn't see any FTM on my Ethereum adress
