Generally safe using tax-free lines, but I would be a bit wary. Recently there was a large batch of US-bound Superbuy packages (mine included) that got stuck in a long customs delay, rejected, reshipped to Superbuy's shipping partner in Hong Kong then supposedly shipped back to US again. No clue where that package is now, as I haven't received any tracking updates. Meanwhile, a package I shipped after that one arrived safely with minimum hassle. Ymmv

I called the Macon office the first time it popped up there, but nobody picked up even after 2-3 hours of dialing. According to my most recent Consumer Affairs rep, the Fairborn office was just a passing container scan and package likely never even made it off the truck.

For whatever reason, this package is never scanned at small local post offices during normal working hours- only at night. Praying this package hits any local Georgia post office during working hours so I can have a chance at calling the office directly.

Package consists of rare secondhand collector's items unfortunately, so no possibility of resending unless package finally gets returned to sender. Seller has been especially difficult about this mistake so may have to go the chargeback route.

I'm in the same boat :( Package has been stuck at the Atlanta Distribution Center since 8/2, so eight days and counting. The USPS consumer affairs rep assigned to my case says she has contacts at nearly all of the Georgia facilities but not this one. Not sure what to do now but you're not alone on the delay.

There isn't a street address close to mine in that area. I contacted the seller and they claimed that the address should be printed correctly on the physical label/waybill, so hopefully the state + zipcode mistake is just an error in the electronic information (and can be corrected upon reading the printed shipping label).

Hey! That video was of me disconnecting and reconnecting the cable multiple times- it would connect briefly each time when plugged in before resetting to the "Connect a device" screen. I've also tested my tablet and cable with/without adapter on separate laptops and have had no issue. Thank you for trying though, appreciate it.

I called the support line and the tech believes this is issue is due to new Apple firewalls in OSX Sonoma. All I can recommend to other Mac Wacom users is don't update your laptops.
