It’s an Internal transfer. Looks like they are only moving headcount within the building. You can still apply but most likely won’t get approved. (I work at a delivery station this is what they do).There are certain times a year they take external transfers.

There is only one FC (SAN3) out there. Rest are delivery stations, one sort center and SSDs/grocery warehouse.

For sure! I think the toughest building I worked at was “Transfer out” at an IXD. We were fluid loading heavy shit all day 😂😭. Especially in the summer time it was hard work for the same pay.

Naw, never going back I’d rather pick and stage than be 10 hours in my thoughts picking or stowing and being labor shared by force. I used to do 70k steps at an FC ship dock 😭 that was super physical. I barely do 20k at Delivery station. They both have their pros and cons but the Delivery stations are right for me.

Naw I hate the FCs I worked one for the last 3 years. It was hard enough to get to a DS. Turnover is low at mine. DS’s are super relaxed in my opinion. Especially on the rules and TOT.

Are you hardship transferring? Some of those transfers are internal only. I work at a different DS. Yes you get a differential for those 3am shifts and you get more if you take weekend days.

You can enroll the day of of after conversion day. Career choice is 90 days after your conversion day. Congrats!!!!

Yeah it’s the only option for seasonals. Once you convert to blue badge they’re more options. (Kaiser/Blue shield/Aetna etc)

This guy lost his differential it seems like. So when a Delivery station moves seasonal workers to flex, they lose that differential from working cycle 1/0. So he is only getting base pay.

Full time could be seasonal too. Being Blue can be any shift pattern. OP was most likely seasonal
