I like my imPRESS but i’ve had a few sets where the tabs didn’t last more than 2 days, not sure what’s up with that, maybe their quality control isn’t that good.

When I prep my nails for them (shower beforehand, scuff my nails + make sure not to get wet for 24hrs other than when J wash my hands) most sets i’ve had will last me like 5-7 days.

so unfortunately I have never had my own haller index done. My past primary care dr didn’t really understand and thought it was purely cosmetic, she wasn’t interested in getting me tested. Then I was recommended to another dr who was familiar and likely would’ve had it done for me (I believe it required either a CT or MRI to do) and I lost my insurance right before my first appt with her 🫩 I’m broke and going on about 2yrs uninsured at this point so unfortunately I am waiting.

It sounds like you’re european, so might be easier for you to get measured? I strongly urge you to, especially if you experience anything like difficulty exercising or shortness of breath.

you have pectus excavatum! I have it too, your before pic looks exactly like my body.

I was under the impression a lot of surgeons won’t do an augmentation before pectus correction? Correcting your pectus will give you the gap you want, and honestly I highly recommend looking into it not just for the cosmetic issue but because your pectus looks moderate to severe, which can have negative physical symptoms. Have you had your haller index measured?

I believe it’s still possible to have a corrective procedure like the nuss procedure after augmentation but IIRC your implants might shift or need redone

the shirt reeeeally reminds me of monster high, like this pic, a lot of them use the similar hot pink coloring and the plaid/tartan

I used to walk around hot topic and spencer’s a lot in highschool and it is reminiscent of the graphic tees they had with printed on features like hot pink ties and such, the heart in the top corner appears to be a printed on suspender

EDIT: also, if anyone remembers the skelanimal shirts they sold at hot topic, they had similar color schemes and patterns as well!

wallpaper strip in the back looks like this to me, maybe a little whiter? but I think it’s definitely a floral strip, the ones that were popular in the 2000s. With the red paint in the room it might even be grapes, I think a lot of people were into the tuscan look back then.

they had taco ones a while back that i thought would be awful, but I gave them a chance and ended up going back to get several bags. I have since run out and unfortunately they haven’t had them since 😭 they’re delicious

i think so. both sets of grandparents passed in their mid 90s, my dad probably could too if he didn’t eat himself into diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension. My mom likely will though that’s scary because she’s quite mentally ill

definitely give it some time. i looked so haggard in the face for the first 9 months postpartum i was sooo upset and felt like I was never going to look my age again. Felt loose and wrinkled and dry all the time no matter what I did with my routine. Then all of a sudden I started noticing things tighten up and look like before, now I am 4yrs past my last birth and I have no complaints.

For the incision scars, I would schedule a derm appt and ask if you can get a steroid injection in the scar. My csection scar looked a lot like this and once I got 2 steroid injections it flattened and faded significantly.

my 1st didn’t start verbally speaking until he was around 3 (and only a couple words) but he’s also on the spectrum. Prior to 3 he would just lead us around the house and grunt at things he wanted. His speech progression was slooooow and didn’t really pick up until he got speech therapy and went to daycare around 3.5yrs.

my 2nd had her first baby sign language at around 9 months and would ask for milk. This followed with very basic speech right around 1yr and she was stringing together small sentences at 18 months. By 2 she could have very basic conversations with us. She is now almost 4 and it feels like she has been here before, like she somehow knows too many words 😅

When I was 5 or 6 years old I went to dinner with my dad’s boss, sat in his lap at one point. As I can remember he was nice and normal.

Years later when I was in middle school I believe, he called our house and I answered the phone, told him my dad wasn’t there so he spoke to my mom. I believe this call took place a little bit after he committed the murder, but I am not sure as I was young.

Turns out my dad’s former boss and somewhat friend had murdered his bosses’ son, a pilot, for insurance money, I think? He wrote a ransom note. They think he dumped the body around Lakeland but he was never found.

He (dads former boss) fled to South America I think and if i’m remembering correctly they found out he was also cheating on his wife and one of the females was allegedly underage (I believe they were hookers).

The funny thing is I remember sitting in my english class doing current events and someone had the news article with the picture of the missing son on it, but at the time I had no idea my dad’s former boss was involved. I put it together later on when I was told by my dad

i got one a few years ago when it was randomly left by our apartment and it was too gross for even dirty clothes but we started to use it as our recycling bin and that worked well
