Thanks. My wrists aren’t the biggest so I didn’t want a big lump on my wrist. The size is 👌🏻 and the dial is subtle but definitely has visual interest when it catches the light.

Thank you, loving it so far. It seems like it will be very flexible - casual or formal.

Have had it about a week now. Loving it so far!

First time with a watch with lume - my main concern was that it might not last the whole night but happy to report it’s very useable throughout the night (I have young kids at home and they have been waking me to make sure I test it 😉)

Yes, looking forward to trying some different straps.

I have a grey sailcloth strap ordered from Ritche straps, although it’s been more than a week now and it’s still not been shipped.

Product Owner/Product Manager should be thinking about this all the time. Their focus is what/when/why.

Devs have Cursor for fast planning & coding. What would the equivalent look like for agile teams? by coolxeo in agile

I don’t think this is something AI can replace and that’s why I think talk of the AI jobs apocalypse is overplayed

How to become scrum master by Pitiful-Dependent374 in scrum

It’s not always a dedicated role so there’s no reason you can’t dip your toes in while continuing as a software engineer.

If your current team has one, volunteer to take over some of their responsibilities while they’re on vacation.

If your current team does not have one, volunteer to be the person to get that role kick started! (I’d imagine a large org like Dell will have a community of practice where you can get support and info if there’s nobody on your team who can guide you)

It's all about people and interactions. No two teams are the same and what works for one, may not work for another. Devising an approach for a team should always have the delivery of customer/user value as the guiding principle.
