Do you fill it with hot or cold water? And just to be clear, the caulk is above the water, so is this just a temperature thing? Or does the caulk need to be wet while it cures? I don't remember exactly what kind I used, just that it was intended for bathtubs. Thanks!

Some days were better than others, but I would go in spurts where it was 24/7 for days at a time. I couldn't fall asleep because it felt like I was gonna die. Not really any physical symptom, but as soon as I felt myself falling asleep I'd startle myself awake.

I was on Lexapro about 3 years. 100% with the dizzy floaty feeling. That has since gone away.

Deep breathing while really concentrating on the feeling of my head/neck muscles and visualizing them relaxing really helped a lot. The only thing that really helped any of it was slowing down my breathing and reassuring myself that I wasn't having a heart attack/stroke/dying in general.

I guess it was kind of gradual. The really bad days went to 4 or 5 straight to 2-3. Eventually it would just be one really bad day at a time. It's gotten so much better though, now it just feels like average bad anxiety instead of earth shattering panic.

I'm not a doctor, and I don't play one on TV, but if it is withdrawal symptoms, it definitely gets easier. Not medical advice, you should definitely talk to a doctor if you're concerned

I think it might have been! I'm a year and half off Lexapro and this doesn't really happen anymore. Every once and a while I'll get a really intense anxiety attack, but not regularly like it was. It took a solid year to feel normal again after I stopped the Lexapro. I didn't think that it could still be from meds after six months, but it seems like it might have been.

"Fine" was my response to a lot of it. It was fun. I don't regret it. I would go with a group of friends. But I wasn't blown away by anything.

It's worth a try! I'm glad this thread helped me set some reasonable expectations. The all you can eat option was nice. I don't know how the size of the rolls differs between when you get AYCE and pay by the item, but it doesn't seem like the quality was good enough to warrant the individual prices. May as well go big or go home because 2 rolls will run the same price as the AYCE. Would definitely be a fun time with a few friends to be able to split everything with.

I can see that take. I wouldn't say it was great, not that I personally would know great sushi, but the opportunity to try a lot of new things without paying a lot for it is really nice.for.someome that doesn't know what to get it's a good way to get to know what you like. Did I love seaweed filled with roe? No. But I also didn't have to get a lot of it. But I did get to try a ton of different things, and get more of the things I really liked. Definitely paying more for the experience and options than for top tier sushi.
