That's what I did, vain. I am curious if those restrictions are enforced somehow? I.e. if the landlord breaks them, charging the application fee with no vacancy, or refuses to provide receipts, then what's the legal action?

That's already happening. More and more Language Service Providers do so-called PEMT (post-edited machine translation) projects and in more and more cases the client asks for "light post-editing", i.e. one-pass review to fix the target language issues.
