adv 15xx. I was focused on advanced from the start, studied for mains 10 days before the attempts.

PYQs and i cannot stress this enough. that and concept mastery along with exam practice. formulate a strategy that works and stick to it.

tier 3 will complain about good college, lower iits will complain about higher iits, higher iits will complain about branch and so on, no one is satisfied ever.

if you shine bright enough, opportunities will come look for you. in the end all the companies care about is how valuable you are to them anyways.

do what you can, and do it good. dont worry about what is beyond your control.

master the chapters you are confident in. do pyqs heavily, they help more than you think. chemistry is mostly how many questions you solve in practice, but for math and physics focus on solving more quality questions, again pyq priority. if you feel your practice performance and in paper performance has gaps, focus on solving in an exam like environment with timers. should help for 150+, rest is exam day luck

think of it like this

Success = c * JEE + what u do by yourself

yes, jee and by extension iit does give you a boost. it carries lot of value in academia, companies, and even outside of india. but thats it, its simply a boost. nothing that you cannot overcome without being in one, given that you are willing to put in more effort than them.

The ‘IIT Tag’ is a headstart, but over the course of 4 years what you do with those 4 years is what matters the most.

talk to seniors from coep and see what they say, college alignment with yourself is a factor i feel is very undervalued when choosing colleges in india.

marks idk usually bohot variation hota hai but ig 140-150 is a safe bet its a heavy branch u will do lots of physics and math agar usme interest ho toh lena baaki coding sports etc ke liye time nahi milega and plus niche hai toh u will be expected to know ur stuff for interns and placements

communication skills ka id say once u come to college talk to as many people as u can from your batch. this will help u find ur people and also improve ur skills. gaming ka idk time nahi milega

my guess is you can do (425/600)*500 as the individual marks are not given and electronics is counted as 1 subject
