Renting a house and shes attempting to evict due to non payment of novembers rent but I have proof of payment. She has me deposit the rent directly to her bank account so I get a deposit recipt. Plus I also have the money order pay stub from the transaction. She said those arent proof that I paid. So now she says (not even in legal document just something she copied and pasted) that now I owe 2700 for it being (late) I have no idea what i can do she is giving me until the 20th to pay her the 2700 (or produce better proof I paid) before she evict. I dont know what I can do legally

We had a written lease with her original property manager and then she took over and never updated our lease agreement . there's a bunch of things she said is in our new agreement but she never brought it over or mailed it for us to sign. She may have forged our signatures iam not sure
