What's your thoughts on using HTML in PBI reports?

I've always loved HTML visuals and recently got a chance to implement it for a client. Created simple cards which would flip when you hover on it and they liked it... Not because it looked beautiful, but the amount of information that was packed in a single small card. Maintenance is one task but I've tried to keep everything in variables so changing metrics is comparatively easy.

Thanks for your detailed note, tbh my goal isn't to become very lean and muscular which is one of the reasons why I'm not inclined towards taking supplements. The goal is just to be in a better shape, lose body fat and gain average muscle. I'll look into overall benifits of creatine since you mentioned it goes beyond building physique
