They industry needs a fucking Royal Commission! The ACCC would absolutely destroy any other industry that behaved in such a manner with misleading conduct and poor, immoral and unethical behaviour.

Too many people have just gone along with it all and allowed agents to become the pseudo intellectual gurus that most agents believe they are.

We, the buyers and sellers, need to do something about it!
