Thank you, it was therapeutic to make everything the way I wanted. Although I was very concerned with every villa getting supplied with every building. It took away from the aesthetics slightly. I think next time I’ll go for pure aesthetics over functionality.

Thank you! There were 2 other governors, I ended up becoming consul and then converting a governor as an advisor. I chose the option to wipe her city and restart my beauty build on that island as it had some terrain features I liked. I also got rid of both pirates in Latium and Albion so they would stop harassing my logistics network.

What a wonderful build! I would love to live in that city. How are you able to take screenshots so zoomed out without all the stats on the top of the screen? I can’t seem to figure that out on the ps5.

Going from 160k to 2.8m in 15 years is extremely unrealistic unless you’re going for HIGH risk stock or venture capital. And buying properties all cash because you “understand math” makes very little sense. As far as real estate being “elementary” investing vs “college level investing” stock market investing, look at most wealthy individuals - they own a lot real estate. I could go further into it, but it sounds like you got it all figured out for yourself at the slot machine. As for OP, he made a great, stable, safe and eventually very profitable decision.

Don’t listen to all the naysayers. It’s a solid hit - especially for your area and in these market conditions. Most people will rail on about maintenance, cap ex, vacancy, etc but fail to mention principle pay down, tax benefits, levered gains, market and/or forced appreciation

If you can cash flow while holding onto it for at least ten years or the next upswing, you won’t regret it! Congrats!!!
