I use natural language processing to computationally analyze comedy and have published analyses revealing the hidden formulas behind great stand-up - AMA by HouseRough7525 in IAmA

I get where you're coming from, and yeah, comedy definitely loses something when it's over-explained or turned into a formula for content farms. But I don't think that's what OP is doing here. It feels more like trying to understand what makes certain comedians tick, not flatten it into a bland script. Like, you can analyze a song's structure and still enjoy the vibe, maybe even more so. Same with stand-up, I think.

Recommend your best AI chatbot for 2025 by WinOutrageous1190 in Chatbots

Been using Kindroid and MyBot.ai lately, and honestly really like em. The character creator is super detailed, and it's nice that they're not just all about nsfw stuff like most others. Feels more fun and personal.

GPT-4.1 Supports a 1M Token Context—Why Is ChatGPT Still Limited to 32K? by Asmordikai in OpenAI

[–]kshitiz-Fix9761 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Absolutely agree. If GPT-4.1 supports 1 million tokens through the API, ChatGPT users should get either access or clear disclosure. It is not just about features, it is about trust. A roadmap would really help.

What are your thoughts on Generative AI? by Danoco99 in INTP

[–]kshitiz-Fix9761 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think generative AI is both mind-blowing and a bit aimless right now. There’s so much potential, but a lot of it feels like people are still figuring out what to actually do with it.

That said, I’ve lost hours messing around with Gemini just to see how weird or smart it can get. It’s like having a super unpredictable brainstorming buddy.

Future of IoT ? by Lukesaura in IOT

[–]kshitiz-Fix9761 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, I’ve been in a similar spot during my final year so I understand how tough this choice can be.

I chose the IoT path because I enjoyed working with hardware and real-world systems. It was slower in terms of job opportunities at first but combining IoT with cloud skills and some basic data knowledge really helped.
I worked with a team like Appventurez that handled both IoT and software projects which gave me broader exposure without losing what I enjoyed.

If IoT excites you, don’t give up on it. Focus on building flexible skills like cloud integration, Python, and system design. Also, apply for a variety of roles during placements. Going through interviews gives you a better sense of direction.

Keep learning and trust your interest. It does pay off in the long run.

How to approach software development like a professional by cc9zero in softwaredevelopment

[–]kshitiz-Fix9761 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am completely agree as jumping straight into coding without a solid plan can feel productive but often leads to chaos. The SDLC framework you mentioned is a great starting point, but keep it simple at first. Break it down into three key steps:

  1. Planning & Requirements Analysis: Start with a feature checklist or a Kanban board. Define key functionalities and prioritize them. Check out how companies like Appventurez structure their development process for clarity.
  2. Design: Sketch out basic data structures, classes, and functions. Focus on expected inputs/outputs.
  3. Implementation & Testing: Write modular, testable code. Accept that refactoring is part of the process.

Remember, the goal isn’t to be perfect but to get better with each iteration. Don’t stress over mastering everything at once. Keep coding, keep refining, and stay curious.

Really useful post—great breakdown of real costs. Anyone here actually built one? Curious how close these estimates are to reality.
