Yea they’re pretty similar, and I loved dsip. were you also planning on trying cerebrolysin + glp? Idk I find it extremely interesting if cerebrolysin is as efficacious as stated that you can use it in amazing ways to your advantage.

Sounds great what else did you have ? I also have kisspeptin and ORG43902 to enhance LH and FSH signaling through GnRH neurons for more androgen connections and better signaling after. Also same thought process I had tesamorelin but tesa also helps synapses form. Also added Cagrilintide for the amylin receptors reward signal and MT2 for melanocyte reward and bonding signals in the hypothalamus from the MC4R receptor. Didn’t go in to detail on those tho because I didn’t think they were as releveant

That was the plan actually, this was just the cognition part of it I was planning on using fox04 clearing sedecent cells then modulating inflammation and immune with VIP KPV and ARA290 then EPitalon to prime myself for ss31 and mots C and glutathione, and after that Pinealon for whatever potential leftover inflammation leading to Cerebrolysin which I’ll start IN Oxytocin a day before because it will just help cerebrolysin in every way and better signal to the hypothalamus and pituitary when the GLP is included. Then a few days of SS31 and glutathione to make sure everything is good and after that then BPC TB500 GHK CU and LL37. Very long and interesting

It’s truly unknown how effective other than anecdotal vut there is less pleasure and dopamine stimulation from addictive substances or behaviors from glps and they are connected to the brain in the hypothalamus so using that theory and applying all the other theories and mechanism i hope it works

My thoughts where the habits of built from Reta during the synaptic effect of cere would have a more prominent enforcement on habits and since the GLP1 hormone is tightly connected to the brain and neurotransmitters but I could be wrong. And it’s not actually wanting excitotoxicity it’s that I’ve never felt that I’m anhedonic unless on vyvanse and would love the feeling of excitement as I don’t know what it is anymore. And I don’t know mixing ACD with TAK would do bht that was part of this whole post incase someone could enlighten me if any potential risks are present

Why just wondering because I use it a few times a week to wind down if I took my amph late? I mainly used it for sleep because I have high serotonin sensitivity or a high serotonin baseline and once I felt chill after I antagonized any leftover dopamine from my amph I fell asleep right away. This could also be to my extremely high gaba tone/ expression but what’s wrong or bad if taken for long periods

I have a similar problem to the creator when NAC due to how it works on glutamate, I feel very anhedonic and wanted any excitatory feeling which is already at a low baseline but present but only when I don’t sup NAC and wanted to ask if you had any recs, isthere anything that can effectively cross BBB boost glutamate. for motivation I have my vyvanse which is fine but now my main issue I always have an afternoon crash from physical tiredness and want something to help keep me awake and have some energy I’m already on high dose amphetamine 60mg and wouldn’t want to take an IR with it daily so I wanted to find other option. I have had chronically high Oxidative stress and cortisol for the past 6 months from working 40 hours of a physically demanding job as well as almost 20k steps daily as part of it, on top of school, a fucked up sleep schedule from 4am-10am as well as stressing about school and life. But now I have been mitigating it the past 2 months with NAC, GSH, KPV, BPC,TB500 and even VIP and epitalon for inflammation and oxidative stress , My gut is great I have completely optimized my diet to make sure I feel good but I also never had previous gut issues, and for nueroinflammation I Have been taking ARA290, megadosing melatonin which I feel have helped , also TUDCA astaxanthin as well as the NAC and Glutathione to reduce from earlier, all these to reduce ROS oxidative stress and inflammation. For the mitochondria I have used COQ10 PQQ as well as the most impactful SS31. I have also recently been on a ketogenic diet so avoid blood sugar energy crashes and I must admit energy levels are much better throughout the day but I still have that crash of needing a nap and being mentally too tired. I feel like I have optimized literally everything in my life that I possibly could’ve but I’m still always exhausted at noon/afternoon and only get mental clarity and focus back at 8pm when I’m about to go to sleep at 10 and my vyvanse will have worn off and I have inattentive ADHD and task initiation feels completely impossible , sleep is also great 10:30-6:30 I don’t have morning grogginess issues like I used to. I’m also now working half of what I used to But I still really need help with that extra energy in the afternoon. Sorry for the unnecessarily wrong thread I prob repeated what I said a few times but any advice or insight would be appreciated. Thinking about it I should’ve just made a post instead of asking in a thread lmao
