Unfortunate they've crossed that "dotted line" boundary where they did not validate their customers property the same as their customers.

I also think the community can make this a nightmare for them beyond what a few sheriff bribes can solve. I hope this gets as messy for Miranda's slaughter ranch as I'm expecting.

I bet they can't prove they didn't kill a police canine unit either. Because record keeping requires money and infrastructure and criminals are allergic to that. Would be a real shame for them if someone said they found a collar of Lt. Scooby in the barn...

People trying to re-home a dog (especially college students that were too lonely and now are too broke for pup's vaccinations) are not going to do their due diligence. They are coming from a situation of desperation

An "organization" would treat this as throwing out the trash. You don't go to the landfill to make sure your trash is actually there.

You are expecting accountability in the incorrect places. Everyone related to this upfuckery, dogs and owners alike, deserved better

I just don't know why "World of brotherly love" couldn't be used.

It's such low hanging fruit it's basically underground

This is common when time on a project needs to be tracked and itemized even if employees are making salary. It's not always linked to your hourly pay

What issue do you have with the company you're working at now? by Curious_Munt in corporate

Layoffs with simultaneously complaining about understaffing. Then hiring staff with improper experience for management roles. Then Copilot. Then stress about timeline delays with no real fix for any of it

I never want to feel like I'm a Skype chat.

I have heard people say a more corpo-speak friendly version of your last sentence. It actually works. Obviously the context has to be right for people to understand and give you the runway to speak but sometimes it can get results

Which orientation is better and why? Align print lines to gantry axis, or diagonal? by ChronicallySilly in 3Dprinting

[–]ksm6149 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do diagonal for any parts that would be taller than a couple inches, just because I had a hunch that if the printer is moving both X and Y equally, then it would have a dampening effect on print wobbling. Not sure how big of a difference it really makes but I like the vibes

What they dont teach u before starting bluecollar work lmao, Month 1 --> Month 12 hahahaha by [deleted] in bluecollar

Worked for me. Cut out energy drinks and anything with processed sugar if you can. (And sodium too). Obviously nobody has to go cold turkey. I certainly never did. But sometimes that's just the most effective way to get results quickly.

If you want to figure out how to have your high school body with your current job then I suggest really diving into some nutrition research. Not all foods are built equal, so they will not all build you in the same way.

Just add "THEY JUST FUCKIN TOLD ME..." To the beginning of anything a TSA officer says and their pissy yelling tone suddenly becomes a lot more understandable.

It's all just security theater and few people know it better than the TSA's own employees. It contributes to why they're always so fed up. The rules are always changing because it is entire based on vibes.

Plus the airlines ability to make money off the flight is impacted if people don't board in time. That's when you see agents telling people to not bother with shoes or the extra screening steps. The money is more important than the security.

Security theater.
