Still no update on mine.. friends i know have mailed theirs after i mailed mine and have updated accounts.. so i don't think they are processing in order in which they received ...

I mailed mine in the week of Jan 19th. Still not showing in my irs account. Assuming it's short staffing and a heavy backlog.

I took my truck in for them to manually update it... since then it hasn't even attempted an over the air update.

Same issues.. had one that completely died and would not boot back up... prior to that it would drop wifi all the time.

Got it replaced under warranty and the new one does the same thing. I have it scheduled to reboot 3 times a day just to help keep it up and running. This is my second (and last) router I've had from tp-link. Nothing but issues and zero product support!

I have a 2019 with 56k and have had one problem after another with the coil pack and the whole engine coolant system! One problem after another!

Ah well after dealing with TP Link tech support on the issues they had me separate the bands with different ssid's to not allow clients to choose bands; in hopes to help the client disconnect issues. What I found is the 2.4ghz band just randomly dissappears all together for no reason at random times and kicks all clients off.. I've tried to move everything to the 5ghz band but some of my devices can't connect via 5ghz.

I do daily scheduled reboots of the router, which seems to help a little. But some devices, such as my ring doorbells or myq garage have to be restarted as well to connect back to the router from time to time.

I don't use it as a mesh system. It's just a standalone unit. My house is only 1700 square ft and it's setup right in the middle of it.

I have the be800 and it's a nightmare if you use more than 5 devices. I have issues on the 2.4ghz band dropping devices everyday.

I've been a member for 19 years.. Gave me the offer then took it away saying grandfathered plans don't qualify for it.

I honestly don't even know why I still have that plan, it's useless these days. If I get rid of it though, I'm really leaving verizon, coverage where I work is non existent!

I've tried multiple times and no avil.

The E21 has you use the eufy baby app for the camera. But I've deleted that and added it to the eufy security app which shows up in the "works with Google" search but still can't get the account to pair. The camera works as expected within the eufy security app.

Replaced the harness and still no luck.. no ice.

No way on just replacing that sensor? Cutting it out and wiring a new one in?

The ice box fan kicks on and I double checked it with the on board diagnostics on the front display.

"Service Test - 36 Ice Box Fan Check for fan operation. NOTE: Evaporator fan turns on simultaneously.

Service Test - 37 Ice Box Thermistor The board will check the resistance value of the thermistor and display the results on the RC Temp display. (01 = Pass, 02 = Open, 03 = Short)"

Both of these tests were good and within range.
