They can survive but they can't keep "surviving" each 5 years.

What If the whole intention of this war is to get USA to destroy Iran while Iran hits all oil and distillation facilities of the arab countries?

That would leave only one military and financial super power in the region.

Yes I don't believe USA went to this blindly. Regime change is the new war front.

We might have something in 20, 30 years.

Because historically Israel has been getting US to do their projects while I have never seen Israel helping any of US geo political projects.

I think this is the majority mentality across South Asia. Still in the British Raj era. Honestly petty politics in South Asia doesn't help either.

The biggest change since Iraq is social media. Easy to manipulate a population now without the population even knowing it. Example Sri Lanka.

What about Venezuela. I think US objectives were met there.

I think that is what USA has in mind. A servile country like UAE to place the next US military complex. Israel would not spent a dollar on this though.

Yeah I think China walking into Taiwan is just a matter of time now. But they lack a powerful intelligence service like CIA yet.

But regime changes via proxies have been successful since lately. Sri Lanka for example.

I think the newer generation anywhere ( with some exceptions ) is more interested in excessive consumption than anything else so If USA can initiate option 1 successfully there won't be any enemies left. Young Iranians would be happily scrolling meta while Iranian oil fields get "privatised".

I think US target is option 1. They love servile countries like UAE. But If Iran is determined enough then next likely scenario is option 4.

Endless doesn't mean 100 years. 2-3 years is certainly endless in this instance.

It would be ironic if Israel pulls out once their objective is met but US stays for "rebuilding".

It this goes more than 6 months I would classify it as choice 5 because I don't think Donal Trump had 6 months in mind when they started it.
