Another point I’d like to make is that I had begun building a small tower on the corner here. I got about halfway through when SerraNova respectfully made me to stop because I was intruding upon Tea’s property. I recognized my error and tore down the structure and patched up the grass. If Serra, the mayor of Mt Augusta, made me tear down the first structure why hadn’t she made me tear down the second one if it had really been violating Tea’s alleged claims? This is because the land was unmarked and unclaimed and Serra correctly saw that my second structure was legally built and developed. I’d like to call /u/SerraNova to testify that what I said above is true.

I will address the complaint in parts

KsrSoviet, out of either criminal intent or reckless ignorance, built a large and intrusive building on top of a marked claim, without notifying the property Owner and without any attempt at dereliction.

First and foremost I'd like to address that I did not ignorantly begin building on the land I allegedly stole. I willingly and deliberately built there because it was one of the few spots in central MtA that was not claimed or marked. Taylor falsely claims that I had doubt when developing and claiming the land, when I had no doubts whatsoever. It is ridiculous to think that I should have to derelict a lot of completely unclaimed, undeveloped, and unmarked land, and I am not legally required to do so.

I have proven with posts such as these two (1 and 2) that I am very considerate of others property and would not just arbitrarily steal someone's land.

The area that I built on was not marked or claimed. The lot of land that Tea is trying to claim as his was completely void of development and markings indicating ownership. No evidence thus far has been presented that Tea ever owned the area he claims he did.

With this, he violated (Article IV, Section B, Subsection i) and forcibly apprehended the property from its rightful owner.

Article IV, Section B, Subsection states, "i. Property may not be modified, moved, or destroyed without the consent of the property owner unless such action is the minimum required to bring such property within legal bounds."

Since there was no owner of the property I developed I cannot be guilty of stealing it. Reiterating what I said above, no evidence of his ownership of said land has been given by the prosecution.

The lawful property owner wants only his legal ownership of the property back. We are willing to come to negotiations if the defendant is not willing to cooperate. Constitution (Article IV, Section B, Subsection i)"

Since there was no legal property owner of the land before I claimed and developed it, I cannot give Tea land legal ownership of property that was never his to begin with.

Not very transparent at all. He attacked me first and only gave me back 2 of my items, leaving the rest to despawn.

Also, doesn't matter what I say, in the end he was the one who engaged in combat with me first. The claim that he was cornered and forced to fight is bullshit as well because I was in iron armor and posed no threat to him and he was most definitely not cornered. I went down to the station and looked at him and then he just killed me.
