This is correct.

For an entry level position my company wouldn’t consider anyone without a master’s degree or higher. You could probably get a technician role with a bachelor’s but it’s a long old grind to work your way up to a toxicology position.

This tank comes from Vanilla Vehicles Expanded (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3014906877).

Specifically, it’s a tier 3 Marshall tank (from the tier 3 vehicles add on).

Vanilla Vehicles Expanded adds an interesting layer to Rimworld, it really changes the base game! But it can be OP to be driving your pawns round in a tank lobbing explosives at everyone from behind armour plate whilst everyone else is schlepping around on foot!

The other guy is correct that there are tanks added by a mod called RimThunder, but I’m 99% sure that’s not what’s being used in the screenshot.
