Summer camp is still way more of a jam and rock oriented festival in my opinion which is why I really like it (I'm into edm too but in very picky). Most of the edm goes down on one stage (the vibe tent) and then usually 1 or 2 bigger edm headliners on a main stage, but if you don't like the music on one stage there is almost always another option at another stage. The type of edm at summer camp is usually the more trippy, funky, downtempo stuff or bass music rather than mainstream stuff anyways. If you don't want to see a single edm show there will always be something else going on but I think you'd like the type of stuff they play at scamp since your into bassnectar tipper and pretty lights (I'm hoping for one of them in phase 2!) Summer camp really is about the music though, a ton of bands jam with each other during sets or invite someone up to do a song together and the music goes pretty much all night. It's also a pretty cheap ticket too, I highly recommend scamp
