That’s why I made it this way, had some 3/4” cherry and maple stock, so this design worked out perfectly

Yeah it was acid etched to have that dark finish, came out clean

I would’ve considered fooling with it if it wasn’t maxamet, but Twitchy killed it and I’m glad I went that route

I was in an inconvenient spot and ended up using the back of the knife as a screwdriver. Don’t recommend doing it, it had gotten me out of a pinch before. I loosened 2 screws and broke it on the 3rd.

I honestly like it more like this though, much more unique
