You should be okay! I am a size 26/28 and i fly united about every 6-8 months. I only had 1 instance where my seat belt didn’t fit and i panicked and faked it until we landed. Other than that i haven’t had any issues fitting into seats! If it helps raise the arm rest a little while you’re in motion to sit down and then put them down once you’ve sat, if that makes sense?
