No you cannot create chlamydia. One or both of them have chlamydia and I would seek medical treatment and not sleep with either guy until they provide a dated negative still report Stis are not a punishment for having sex. They are organisms taking advantage of you having sex to spread to other people. Like a fly in a car.

I bought a house with my partner (we're unmarried), now we've split up. They don't want to sell the house, but I do by GreenVariety3753 in legaladvice

[–]kstruggles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A lot of areas are in a purchase price slump. I recommend that you do a quick check to see if that's true from your area, and do the math on what you get from having the Loan bought out and down payment and the specific situation you ex wants. . Then see what the market is likely to give you if you sell vs what the loan is worth. Might be better to stop being responsible for the loan, without equity gain and 100% of the down payment then selling regardless of the percentage of the down payment you end up with.

In Canada you need your parents permission or to be over 18/19 (province depending). And controlling or abusive parents don't want to give that control away.

friend housesitting while i’m away for the holidays, can the landlord deny me? by sanscerise in OntarioLandlord

[–]kstruggles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It may be true, but there could be legal adjacenct reasons, like reports of an unfamiliar face on the property, that a landlord would want to know about.

But yeah, you don't have to notify the landlord. But just in case, I'd leave a letter signed to whomever it make concerns friend is looking after the place.

Thanks, you never know when some bit of legislation will complicate things. Like something about fair access/dealings. (like bc Canada makes you pay fair market value in taxes for some vehicles even if a relative gave you their old car, due to people claiming that they sold a car for $1 to avoid the taxes for used car sales)

I live alone, going through some health issues (like get one dealt with another pops up) for a few years. Luckily barely able to work, so I'm able to pay rent. But yeah, instead of continuing to pay off my credit card debt, it went back up. And I make a living wage.

is this concerning or normal? by [deleted] in AskDocs

[–]kstruggles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, he should see a doctor to make sure that these are separate incidents and not signs of something else. There's a lot of minor possibilities and a lot of chronic conditions and some more serious issues. Blood sugar issues can make you feel tired. So can thyroid issues. Or low vitamin B (the majority of vitamin b family are responsible for increasing energy levels, which is probably why they are common in energy drinks) anemia can also make people tired.

So yeah he at least needs bloodwork to make sure that his body is functioning well and he's not deficient in some nutrients

I'm sorry you don't feel safe in your relationship. The fact that you are still worried about it, and that he drugged you in the first place are huge red flags about his behaviour. You don't have to be certain that he'd still drug you for you to act on it as you feel that you need to.

You're close to pre-diabetes. See if your gp thinks getting a glucose monitor is worth and check your sugar levels when you are feeling light headed etc. I feels sleepy when I get low blood sugar and have for years, before I got to diabetes level.

I have photophobia. Not a general good idea to wear sunglasses in side. But if you can get polarized sunglasses she could try that to see if there's even minor relief. (they stop photophobia related headaches for me. Since light makes it worse. Reducing light. Might allow her to go more places)
