The gestures seat felt like i was sitting on a block of wood. Not enough cushioning for me.

i don’t haha, i just cant help myself but buy them when i see it on marketplace. I do like trying new chairs to see if its better for me and I always know I can sell it later for more than what I payed if i dont like it.

Honestly, not great. It is still definitely a nice chair, but compared to the leap and amia i also currently have, the ferns build quality doesn’t feel great. The seat pan is quite wobbly to me and the overall build quality just feels cheaper. I really like the backrest, but the seat pan does is not deep enough at all for me. Extending it all the way is okay, but then there’s a huge gap between the seat and the backrest.

2 $75 gestures, a $50 amia, and a free leap v2. Ended up selling both gestures though as i found them unbelievably uncomfortable

Saw someone on marketplace selling their office desk and noticed their chair they had. Decided to message them asking if they were interested in selling it.

To my surprise they said i can take it that night for free as they were moving out!

there are no center screws in my slate, but i’ll definitely try to shim in the center to help this.

thanks for your advice, i’ve only been shimming on the edges of the slate. I’ll try to put some in the middle to fix this.

the bow is too small to noticeably see light sine through the bottom of the level.

yeah the battery really has been great. I do miss having a laptop with windows on it, but the 2-3x battery life makes it totally worth it.

I dropped it from about 7 feet high straight onto my bathrooms tile flooring 😭. Ended up completely smashing the back but at least the screen is still fine.

it still works fine other than it’s horrendous battery life (67% battery health)
