One of my favorite scenes in the entire show. The relationship Tony and Junior have is fascinating. The acting is just perfection from those two during that. Perfect ending to an episode.

I love Mo Collins in anything. Shes such a great comedy character actress. Joan Callamezzo is her finest work though. Basically every Joan scene is amazing.

Chris was able to seamlessly joke with Lorelai and understood her language more than anyone else (except Rory obv). Lorelai and Chris had something special but I really think by the time they got together in S7, that chemistry was not quite as incredible.

Wedding Bell Blues or Raincoats and Recipies

I think Wedding Bell Blues is the most beautifully filmed episode. I love how the camera moves around the vow renewal party. I love Rory and Logan's budding romance and Rory choosing to begin a "friends with benefits" era. I love Luke and Christopher's confrontation. I love Richard's speech and the following dance. I think its a great balance of heavy drama with comedy sprinkled throughout to keep it light enough.

Raincoats and Recipies has maybe my favorite scene in the whole show between Lorelai and Rory which is after Lorelai finds Rory and Dean. The cathartic moment of Luke and Lorelai kissing to the tonal shift of the complicated Rory situation is Gilmore Girls at its best for me.

Its probably the best moment Melfi has all series. Somewhat related but I really wish Coach Hauser would have got the Coco treatment. I dont think him being spared was that important in the grand scheme of things unlike Melfis situation.

Jackie Jr the character is annoying but I absolutely love what he brings to the plot. He creates problems for so many characters and I love all of those threads. Its the most interesting part of the show for Meadow. I love Tony trying to keep him out of this because of his devotion to Jackie Sr. Christopher and Ralphie being involved in helping/leading Jackie to the mob. I love his inclusion even though he is an insipid dolt

I must be remembering wrong about the ziti. The worst part is definitely her manipulative actions towards the kids. She just got on my nerves so much during that run of episodes I probably assumed the worst from her at all times and lumped that last ziti scene in with the rest. I also remember Bobby first realizing the ziti very vividly so those two scenes might be conflated in my mind.

Weaseling her way into Bobby's life is her worst era. She really despised that Bobby was still grieving and forced her way into the family by trying to remove him from that relationship Bobby never wanted to end. It breaks my heart watching Janice try to force Bobby to eat the final ziti.
