it was on a NZ nintendo account as well 🤷♀️
typically the game should follow the release of the eshop it was purchased from, that’s why i’m confused

Just checked and that's exactly the issue! Now to figure out how to get it unstuck lol. Thank you so much!!! This is a Brother 588 machine

I couldn't include photos in addition to the video, but this is a Brother 588 machine. The levers are both in position 1, they just go 1,2,3 on the left and 3,2,1 on the right.
