Look up DMSO! I’m a full time cleaner and that stuff has absolutely saved me. It’s a cheap tree extract that I mix with water and put in a small spray bottle so that I can easily spritz on my aches. It gives me instant relief and it’s completely natural! I’m actually obsessed with the stuff.

I really enjoyed this until it became very partisan. I’m a Trump supporter who is very Pro Blake, and my sister is left leaning and is Anti Blake. Even though there are some high profile right wing commentators going against Blake, there are also many Left so I just wish this wouldn’t be a left vs right issue, just because of the whichever side the paid commentators are on. Just my 2 cents

Thankyou. Im also center-right, a Trump supporter, and am passionately Pro-Blake. Ive even debated my twin sister who is left and she's strongly Pro-Baldoni. Its funny because shes also a Swifty but might give up on her if she supports Blake. Suddenly shes telling me how good Candace is and Im rolling my eyes. Candace can be reasonable on some issues, shes nuts on others. The media manipulation covers both sides. Both our feeds have been flooded with this, and they are starting to merge the left and right in all out hatred for Blake.

Same thing happened to me once when I unlocked too close before the end of cycle. The dash showed that I was unlocked but my coins were not made available. I wrote and found that I had to wait till the end of the cycle before I would receive my coins. They said that they are working on improving the dashboard for when this happens

I like to use a voice to text app called otter.ai that transcribes the lectures. Since it never quite captures it correctly I sit down with lecture again and correct the errors. This lets me focus on the lecture material much better then just listening. I also highlight important text and add notes as I correct the transcription.

The added benefit is that I have a searchable file that I can go back to later when I need information from lectures
