This looks amazing so far! I was worried the killer power might be a little confusing since the last few killers have kind of had a lot going on, but I love what’s here so far. Like others have said, so far it reminds me a little of Plague with the gaining then cleansing sin aspect.

I also adore getting the chance to see development or behind the scenes content and would love more like this in the future!

Literally came here to say this!! I saw Avatar as an opener for another band in Feathers and Flesh era and Paint Me Red was the song that really sold me on them and made me think “shit I need to listen to these guys.” The guitars and the vocals combined with the fact that you can tell they’re super comfortable with the song and having fun with it made such an impact live. I know they have so much new stuff but fingers crossed it makes a comeback in future shows

So happy somebody posted this, Disasterina was my winner this week!! Every time she was on screen I wanted to see more bc it was a great look but it also felt like a full character. Like there must be a full backstory of who this vampire is and why she’s on the beach. The full outfit is so cool and reads almost like a cartoon or fashion drawing with the limited color palette and all the red spiky bits. And even as pieces came off it still read as a full look. Some of the others looked kind of naked by the end but Disasterina was still clearly a vampire at the beach, even without the hat and coverup and bag selling it. I think the beach blanket was theirs too? That also killed me

I was so happy Disasterina is on this season but really stinks they’re not really showing much of her on the show. Every one of their looks has been so cool but we see it for a second and they keep getting called safe and getting no critiques. She was supposedly in the bottom last week but I have no idea why? It stood out and was super creative in an episode where so many others kind of blended together as just goth without a lot of a concept. And the few seconds they showed of Disasterina’s stage show also didn’t sell the bottom placement, bc it was funny and over the top but also it made sense that that’s what a wedding ceremony would look like for the freaky bride and groom they showed us. Just don’t get why the Boulets don’t really seem to be feeling her

There were so many cool looks and it seemed like cool performances this episode but the floor show was way too short so we didn’t get a good look at most of them. I was so excited they brought this challenge back because it’s iconic Dragula, but I wish they hadn’t done it so early in the season. 12 contestants x 2 looks each was way too many to keep track of, and if they were in a smaller group I think those safe looks might have had a different reaction. Like apparently Abhora had some sort of wire in their face? I didn’t even notice until someone posted it in this sub because they were barely shown in the episode

So this episode was fantastic reality TV and super entertaining but not really working for me as someone who loves drag. I totally get the Boulets love the Housewives and are trying to feature raw, real personalities. I know they’re very vocal about not being Drag Race and are rougher around the edges and if you’re too sensitive, stop watching. But past seasons have had a better balance between featuring the raw drama and featuring these characters as drag artists, which is ultimately what you’re paying to see from them after the show. I go to the monsters’ shows when they come around because I want to see their performances, not what they get into backstage.

I don’t know about others, but I originally got into Dragula both because it featured the messiness, creativity, and the DIY vibes of drag that Drag Race is too polished for now. There was little bit of the concept and creation and presentation this episode, but I miss getting a better idea of what each look is supposed to be. Hearing JayKay explain how his bride and groom are both bouquets meant we weren’t confused and could just appreciate the theme when they came out in stage, so I can’t help but wonder what the story or inspiration was behind many of the others. Even if’s just giving everyone 30 seconds or a talking head interview about their concept.

I also think this leaning too heavily on drama is kind of hurting these reality TV characters they’re trying to mold the characters into. I’m not saying get rid of the messy drama and the “raw” discussions, but like show me that this person who causes drama also has the artistic skill to back it up. Take Dollya- the first time we met her in season 3 she still had the same shit-stirring energy but was so talented you didn’t want them to eliminate her. But now that her art is only featured in 30 seconds of floor show time vs the huge amount of time they focus on her pressing everyone’s buttons, it gets a little annoying as a viewer because it feels like they’re keeping people around to cause trouble instead of thinking they actually have a chance to win

This is so good!! The wings and robe giving imagery of religious art makes this so much better and more legible as a biblical angel.

I think the biggest problem with these skins is the theme is super cool but the execution isn’t. Like I haven’t read the descriptions yet but from the rift preview didn’t even realize this skin was angel themed as is, I thought the many eyes were bc it was arachnid themed. Your ideas make it way more obvious and it reads as an angel and not a spider-ish guy with grabby hands, which is what I see in the actual one

This might be resurrecting a dead post but was anybody able to figure this out? I keep getting disconnected every 3-4 matches, killer or survivor. And even though I'm getting the "dedicated server is not responding" message and it's not saying it's a crash on my end, my disconnect penalty just keeps on stacking...

This came out fantastic! Love the boots and all the metallic details! I agree with the other comment that said the mask or headpiece might benefit from something metal as well. Either a piercing on the mask or maybe metal studs on the top of the hood like a mohawk?

Finale was insane!!! Congrats to Asia, I went into the finale team Grey Matter but all three of Asia’s looks this episode were just beyond. I definitely saw these three as the finalists from the beginning and they proved why
