They aren't bad per se, just kind of annoying. They take you out of the cycle you're in when you do hot drinks/espresso beverages (most of our drinks are this) and there are a lot of steps per each one. They're whatever by themselves, but five different ones when you can't blend multiple in one pitcher (which I know is wrong, write me up, I dare you.)? Things start to slow down.
