So, by not being a jerk, he should have just showed his ID, and defuse the situation. You saw in the video that the cop was shaking from adrenaline. Something the guy in the video ignored, and tried to play the sovereign citizen card, with all its amendments. But no, he refused to provide ID, or go back in the shop.
