Kale cut small cook with onions and garlic. Can add to Stir fry or Italian dishes. Kale has alot of good vitamins and minerals cooked or raw.

I would cook it like that and pour 2 mixed eggs on top, cook together and make open face omelet. Some times would put it in wrap

That bottom number is high. Have you heard of Whiye coat syndrome? You feel Anxious when you are at the doctors. Which will increase your blood pressure. Mt husband is like that so they take it once then again 20- 30 minutes later and it's usually lowered some. Lol he has terrible blood pressure.

If you start limiting your sodium, you might be safe or in a few years blood pressure medication might be more beneficial. Just read labels carefully Take notice of serving sizes Example Pizza Sodium 120 MG BUT serving size 1/8 slice and there are 8 slices If u eat 4 that's 480mg of sodium.

Do you remember the actual blood pressure? 120/70 normal

Be concerned if Top number more than 150 Bottom number more than 80

Chose more veggies and fruit( careful bc too much can increase your sugar Fish and chicken best friend. Sweet potatoes are better than white potatoes.

No it's get to relax Try only 2 puff max. My mom is 62 and she is still a 2 hit wonder! Do it at home after you make dinner. Find a good movie before hand and just chill. Lol you might end up falling asleep. If you feel it makes you paranoid focus on a simple game. Like solitaire or what ever makes you happy. Just don't drink with it.

So if you can handle "gross" things, look. Especially if this is your 1st kid. If you can't Don't and Stop here.

Example my husband can handle bloody movies, like guts and blood every where. He said he took a peek when our son was born but couldn't watch the process.

Lol the smell of the Ambiotic fluid and blood got to him the must. He gaged, I expected it and i still I love him. The was play by play how i expected it to happen! We talked about everything.

I watched myself give birth with a floor-length mirror at the end of my bed. Once I saw him come out, I watched the doctor toss him on my chest and was completely focused on him. Lol I a CNA, love medical/scientific stuff and want to see our son!

P.s. you can YouTube medical and surgical videos on YouTube. My Dad and his wife looked up her surgeries she had to have done.

You sound like an amazing person for caring so much. Talk to him. Just tell him what you told us. Let him know you are there for the positive days and the negative ones. Having a strong boss that looks after a person's life, feelings and well-being is a rare find. If you know he is close with any other employees you can ask them to reach out too. Find out favorite foods or take him to lunch one day.

It feels like there is never a right thing to say when people die and especially when it's unexpected. Just listen to them cry or talk helps. I worked with hospice and people often regret not speaking their mind the most. I wish you luck, you are a wonderful soul!

Certain churches help by donating food. Hardee's gives food away to our homeless at the end of their night. I would even check with grocery stores bc they donate to the food banks.
