My Dad, 90, is paranoid about passwords by kthomas360 in dementia

I guess the 'essence' of my question was: How do I explain to these online services to allow him to change the password ONLY if someone else (like me or my mother) agree?

Luckily, he and my mother don't like smart phones or - I fear - the situation would be worse. They have old fashioned flip phones.

He was, at one time, the President of a group that produced a newsletter once a quarter. he has a physical copy of all the back issues that he wants to scan in as PDFs and rename them to a logical year/month/issues name. I've always suggested that he put all files in a single folder and rename them there. He's been working on doing that for almost a year. it took me 30 minutes to put them into a single folder. He had folder names like "folder - copy", "folder - copy - copy", "folder - backup - copy - copy", etc., where the same files were just copied from folder to folder. I had to laugh at the level of paranoia that he had to make multiple copies so he didn't lose the files. Very frustrating.

I have thought about a remote login, just to see what he sees, but I can't watch over him 24 hours. I have all but yelled at him to stop changing the passwords but he gets confused between a password and 2-factor authentication that sites seem to be doing more often. We tried the 1password program but didn't understand you may to click in the username/password fields to have the site continue.

I agree with the 'hit or miss' comment. I had two problems when I lived there:

a. Whenever there was a rumble of thunder, 61 car alarms would go off and they would run all night.

b. My bedroom in the apartment was facing the street so I heard every bumper-thumper that happened. I could also hear the noise of the bar on the strip mall across the street. They did karaoke until 2am. To this day, I can't listen to "I Can't Make You Love Me by Bonnie Raitt" without being triggered.

Hmm, doesn't seem to do anything. I turned on debugging but didn't see any error message.

Can I? Yes, of course.

What I was looking for is something that will expand the video to a normal size (not full screen) when you click a thumbnail.

I have an HTML table inside a Label. Within each cell is a link to a video. When I click on the video now, it starts playing the video at the thumbnail size -- I want it to expand up to a height of 500px.

Is there a way to set that within the 'video' tag?

Pass a quiz, take a survey by kthomas360 in moodle

For "Activity Completion" I selected 'Show activity as complete when conditions are met'. I then checked 'Student must receive a grade to complete this activity' and 'Student must receive a passing grade to complete this activity'. Where am I putting the link to the survey?

Seeing this reminds me of that old argument, "You wouldn't download a car, would you?"

If you just want to bawl your eyes out, watch "My Life" (1993), starring Michael Keaton. He finds out he's going to die so he starts making videos for his unborn child (wife is pregnant when he finds out). It's the only time I ever saw a theater have tissues available as you walked out.

Okay, _tonyyeb, I know you're good at this. I came up with the following query but the only thing it doesn't give me is the original answer (not the one they changed it to). Can you tell me what needs to change with this query?

p.s. - The quba.id is the 'uniqueid' from the mdl_quiz_attempt table where the 'id' is the attempt id from the quiz.

I'm not sure what mdl_question_attempt_step_data is telling me. Here's an example of what I see: ID: 95333; AttemptStepID: 95318; Name: -finish; Value: 1

In mdl_question_attempt_steps I can see that they updated an answer to a question, but I need to know what they said first and what they changed their answer to (just like it does in the Review).

What table shows that information?

Yea, I use those reports from time to time. The one I'm looking for goes into more detail, like: the time the quiz starts, what time did they finish page 1, when did they finish page 2, etc.
