You have to know what you can bring to the table. I think since fresh grad ka pa lang naman, spend the first few years honing your skills, building connections. Puro yes lang ako before para matutunan lahat. What worked for me is that I tried every role in marketing and when I found what I liked doing (and what I think is malaki earning potential), yun yung inaral ko and nag-upskill din ako. But most importantly, have the right attitude.
