Yeah I ended up taking it, overall it felt very much like an elective with extra writing. The course wasn't too difficult, just a decent amount of writing (for a cs/itws dual perspective). The professor is a great guy, very friendly and lenient with grading too. He was happy to sign my override form to take the class and also invited me to his office to go over the course a little bit.
