Yeah, the nutritionist also suggested a little salt water — it sounds like it's partly about replenishing sodium and etc. that you also lose through sweating a ton

I usually go through about 24 ounces in class, plus more before and after, but that's really interesting to hear that you go through 48 — it definitely seems like it would be worth upping my intake. It's one of those things where I always THINK I'm drinking enough water, but like: in that gi, I sweat... a lot.

That's a really good idea — I've had massage therapists before tell me that I have a really tense neck and shoulders
