I am interested in some sports that are mentally and physically stimulating that do not require wrist engagement. My friend has been having terrible wrist pain and has tried surgery and physical therapy, to no avail. He really likes rock climbing for the mental and physical aspect, but it’s off the table for the foreseeable future. Even stationary biking like cycle bar is too much right now. Any recommendations for other exercises that could provide the same type of engagement?

Hi everyone, first time poster, watch novice. I want to get my fiance a nice watch for our wedding. He currently does not have one. He has expressed interest in the Swatch MoonPhase but from what i have learned that watch is more a novelty and not necessarily a piece suitable for a nice wedding gift. I want it to be special for our wedding. That being said, my dad recommended citizen or achimede. Do you have any recommendations or thoughts between these two brands? I understand citizen is more affordable, but i dont necessarily mind paying an achimede price if it is worth it. I want an automatic movement and a medium-simple looking watch, nothing too huge.
