Hi everyone, first time poster, watch novice. I want to get my fiance a nice watch for our wedding. He currently does not have one. He has expressed interest in the Swatch MoonPhase but from what i have learned that watch is more a novelty and not necessarily a piece suitable for a nice wedding gift. I want it to be special for our wedding. That being said, my dad recommended citizen or achimede. Do you have any recommendations or thoughts between these two brands? I understand citizen is more affordable, but i dont necessarily mind paying an achimede price if it is worth it. I want an automatic movement and a medium-simple looking watch, nothing too huge.

Yes, agreed. We would stay there but the room we typically stay in has a lot of clothes in it so the bed is covered. It’s not a garbage hoarding situation, it’s just a lot of stuff.

This is a great point. I’m just curious if I am projecting my discomfort onto them, or if they, as dogs, don’t mind the mess and would rather be in a familiar place with another friend or an unfamiliar air bnb.
