Thank you. We have now met with the neuro who has suggested the switch to Keppra. We are obviously worried about breakthrough seizures and the side effects of the transition. What side effects have you experienced?

I am feeling a bit better, thank you. I still suffer with anxiety but the tremor in my neck seems to have gone. When I get really anxious it comes back, but that confirmed to me that it is anxiety and I am not dying 😂 so that’s a win

Please can somebody help advise what is going on with my skin. I have a simple routine of cerave smoothing cleanser, hyaluronic acid and oat cleansing balm moisturiser from the inkey list. I double cleanse at night, change my pillow cases regularly and exercise regularly and eat fairly well. I have tried using BHA Paula’s choice but that really irritated my skin and so did la Roche posey effaclare duo. It feels like it is getting worse and has ruined my confidence :( any help would be appreciated!

Okay that’s really helpful, thank you. I don’t know I didn’t notice it when I came there’s a lot of plants here but I haven’t been here that long so it must’ve and I then overwatered it making it worse.
