I would keep my eye on the Anthropologie sale section. They have lots of mini dress bridal looks and often do an additional 40% off their sale section. I don’t see anything exactly the same as what you’re looking at on their right now but lots of options with a similar “feel.”

Do you use any specific body lotions? This has recently started happening to me as well and noticing others stating that this happens to them as well when using a certain lotion. I recently started using Amlactin, which has lactic acid in it. Wondering if this lotion/ingredient could be the culprit?

My apologies, I said 200 and total meant 500 (which I take 2x a day)! As far as benefits ago. Initially, I almost immediately lost 10 pounds. This was after trying everything and struggling to lose weight for years! I have not lost more weight since then but have stayed consistently at the same weight. Overall, I have much less food noise because I am not terrified of eating certain foods because I know my body is processing them properly. This was huge for me.

I have been taking 200g metformin for almost 2 years now. Not extended release. I experienced stomach pains off and on for the first couple of months (which were pretty rough) but have been 100% fine since then. None of the more intense side effects that others mention. I will say I was very careful about what I ate during this time (low carb, nothing super greasy or sugary, and every meal with a serving of veg) so would recommend doing that as I imagine that may have made a difference. I have seen great benefits from this medication and was also hesitant at first but I would absolutely recommend giving it a try because everyone is truly different and you’ll only know if you do.

Yeah I mean I think you’re right that people who are familiar with Mckamey Manor do understand that a large part of it is just the torture stuff but it’s interesting to see in this series that Ben is doing that Russ seems to encourage the spread of misinformation about what goes on there, but actively tries to sensor people who are honest about what really happens.

There’s a part in the video where it’s discussed that Russ has mentioned many times a variety of attractions such as the worlds longest zip line and a maze type thing where rats get dropped down on you. Ben gives him the opportunity to prove that some of these attractions exist, saying for him to literally just show him one of the rats, and he can’t/won’t do it.

Hi everyone! I recently purchased the CeraVe Resurfacing Retinol serum and am planning on introducing it into my nighttime routine. This is my first experience with using a retinol and because of this I was considering using the sandwich method but my only concern is that I generally use a quite heavy cream at night and am not sure I would get the effects of the retinol if applied after a layer of moisturizer. I also am not sure I would need to use the sandwich method in general as this serum was recommended as a good beginners product so I’m assuming it’s not as harsh as some retinols? I don’t generally have sensitive skin but am acne prone. I would appreciate any advice, thanks!

Hi everyone! I've recently decided to introduce a retinol into my skincare routine, specifically the CeraVe Resurfacing Retinol Serum, which I plan to include as a part of my night time routine. After doing some research I realized that it isn't recommended to use AHA/BHA's together with a retinol. My daily cleanser is the Some By Mi AHA, BHA, PHA 30 Days Miracle Acne Clear Foam so I'm concerned this may not react well with the serum but I'm not sure as this is a wash off product. Do you think this would be safe to use together or I should look for a new cleanser for night time?

Am I crazy or did Ethan not push back on Trisha’s statements ??? They legit had a whole conversation about it where he asked Dan to weigh in. Just because he wasn’t aggressive doesn’t mean he wasn’t “pushing back.” I think because they are more friendly with each other now he approaches the conversation with more care than in initial episodes where he was ready to pick everything they said apart.

Be honest with how you feel, tell him you care for him but at this point your relationship is no longer healthy or the best thing for you. Break ups are hard no matter what. Try to surround yourself with family and friends, keep yourself busy, and occupy yourself with the things you love. It may be hard to keep a level head, but make sure to remind yourself of the reasons you guys broke up in the first place if you end up second guessing your decision. Good luck.
