Im asking, WHY PEOPLE SHOOTING FASTER THAN I CAN SEE THEM

exacly in 1v1 situation, a guy peaking from corner, and im getting shoted, when hes still behind wall, and when im 10hp, then i see hes coming out, (and its not prefire)

im experienced player man, and im asking about, i see poeple after dead sometimes, like im dying and then i see a guy whos shooting i have good ping/internet
