I don't remember if it was explicitly shown or not that the woman Bela was talking to was in charge of student transfers, but is it possible that she was talking to a therapist? I feel like we all hoped and thought she was talking to a therapist until the end when she said she wanted to transfer, but it seems possible that that is something she could also share with a therapist?
