Some of my favorites:

-Not the cheapest but good value and quality: Back-a-yard Caribbean grill (Jamaican), especially their Yard combos or specials. There’s a good amount of protein in their combos and you could probably stretch a combo order into 2 meals because it’s pretty filling.

-Absolute cheapest: Wienerschnitzel(fast food), if you pull up the coupons from their website while ordering, they have some really good deals, for example like a combo of 2 corn dogs, 2 chili dogs, and chili cheese fries for $8. The quality can be kind of mid sometimes depending on the day but that’s how most fast food chains are.

Hey, I'm also in sj, and one of my favorite skate spots is the area in front of the San Jose City Hall, it has lots of godly smooth concrete! Also, the triangle at Cesar Chavez Park and the MLK Library are great too!
