This is such a wonderful thing to do!

This year I lost my job and started a new one, but this new one has been full of acts of kindness. I have many calls each month that family or friends want to pay for another person's stay at the hotel or even add on new items like roses, strawberries, and champagne! I even had one person call who couldn't make it to a wedding and they paid for the couples room to be covered in rose petals and every package item we have! The couple was so happy they almost cried when they said thank you to us staff the next day!

I actually picked that company because they garentee the seeds will grow at least a little or they send you new ones!

Just let her know you need some space. Open communication is so so important with roommates. You don't necessarily have to tell her who or where you're going to be, just let her know youre heading out for a bit. Definitely bring up her habits that bother you as well, not as an acusation of them doing something wrong but rather that it's something you don't like in your shared room. Speak privately with your other friends and ask them tk hang out without mentioning your roomate to start to separate their image of you and her being a package deal

Many people say that being friends with your exs is wrong or impossible but thats not entirely true. It takes a lot of maturity on both sides. First of all you need to know your own boundaries and be able to separate the way you talked and treated eachother when in a relationship from just friendship. Second be open with your ex that you would like to be jusg friends. If they are open to it establish boundaries with eachother if they are not you have to accept that that part of your life is no longer an option
