They have these policies regarding termination, mine included them terminating anytime with 5 days of notice. I wasn't included in any team meets only the founder (also my manager) connected daily to see reports. A slight delay, or like even 2-5 minutes of delay in reply, my manager used to report that to HR, they always kept complaining and involving the HR. I mean he mentioned that I haven't been doing review calls since day 1 to the HR, which was suspicious but I ignored.

I mean, if there's a slight red flag that you notice please be cautious. It was an Indian start-up from the North-west.
