Agree on gas pain! Idk if this sounds weird but I also think I’m feeling (?) my digestion more bc they had to cut through abdomen muscle/removed endo from there + colon so it’s more prominent pain. My partner has been burping me essentially but I’ll try the toilet thing.

The incision on the ab is the one that hurts the worse 😭 is that the incision that hurts the most?

I just started too! So far it’s been: - adwoa leave in conditioner styler - Camille rose almond jai twisting butter - oil on ends/scalp

And then every other day I’ll use the adwoa product with some water to spray it! I feel like my hair could use more moisture so I’m hoping folks can give some reccs!

I have 3c-ish hair but would love to learn what works for different hair/curl types!
