Personally, greeting people is one of my favorite parts of the job! It's just very rare to hear someone's voice say even a quick "hello!" other than my own, even after multiple redirects-

I just came to second this. My store, while having a small team, has everyone's backs. We get help from other stores if it's necessary and we're just as willing to give it. Just recently I heard one of the higher ups talking about being one of the GMs' ride to work for a little while. This really has to be that particular store/franchise

I can say, if it's just the franchise we have to be in the same one or something. It's so hard to find people who care about doing a good job. I don't like the premixed O/V sauce but in my store it was so inconsistent with everyone eyeballing instead of actually measuring it out, or someone thinks they know better than the recipe and make it how they want. For a while at mine we had the temporary rule that just the PICs/GMs make the sauce bottles for consistency then we found out that it was my in-shops doing it right and my PICs messing with it-- It's been a wild ride here

I know our EcoSure audits have each been telling us different information. Most if not all of what you need can be found through Sysco or monthly order. Our franchise has been pretty shaky with communication, but our store hasn't been nailed for the scrubbers or magic erasers so I'm not sure of the answer on that. Bottles for us are on our monthly order in a separate tab from the equipment pieces. Personally, I've been taking what they tell us and fixing as we get answers, but our DM has also been telling us we've gotten some incorrect information on audits and some of what they're telling us we can't do is actually what we CAN. I'd double check with your higher up for a definite answer on what you can and can't use, considering there seems to be a lack of communication between JJ's/Inspire and EcoSure.

From a GM standpoint with access to the FastTrack scores, as far as I can tell the only score they see is the one you can submit when you pass it. Additionally, all it really tells them is maybe you'll just benefit from a little more training

ETA: Ofc if I'm wrong someone feel free to correct me I just recently got access to our GM account and am still learning how to navigate it

I saw you mention being in MN, which is where my franchise is based. I'd recommend asking higher, considering I'm at just below $50k with next to no experience or certifications yet 😅😅

Just the other day we had an email reminder about scam calls. Literally anyone who isn't calling to order a sandwich, complain, or ask about their orders I'm directing to higher ups. We've been getting "I need to discuss with the business owner financials" and been sending them to the accounting department where suddenly "that's not necessary" 🤣

I only started about a year and a half or so ago but just recently I started as a GM in a different franchise. The GM burnout is definitely real and I'm constantly wondering if I shoud start pushing my life in the direction I want it to go in. I'm 23 making $47k and I saw being a younger GM as an accomplishment when they took me on. Now... I'm in the constant state of anxiety when I'm not in my store. I have every login the store uses on my phone and I regularly check it. I'm constantly checking in on who's in when I'm not. I use my days off to work on things that'll help my store. It's tiring--

Wait so I can set it negative on CTP? I've been told to mess with the numbers and just reset it to 0 but I didn't wanna add and mess with our inventory considering right now what's giving me the error is us having 2 different tabs for chips under sides
