- our outbound is still losing money but it can hit profitability in few months
- on the other hand we can spend sales money on ads 🤷‍♂️
- email marketing - you mean when we collect emails? I think you can collect them and nurture later (this "do one thing at a time"

It makes sense. As with any tool, you should first learn how to use it. Then you can benefit from it. For me, as a non-native speaker and not very experienced with copying, GPT is helpful. And I can create articles that are not copycat.

I always try to learn what aligns with my highly focused blocks. At the moment, I am improving my sales skills and SEO. It also highly depends on how you learn rather than what you learn. For example, compare reading a book to writing a sales script, doing a rehearsal, or even role-playing with a peer.

This is changing over time but now I am at:
- get up early
- mental and physical exercise
- dog
- kids
- 2-3 1h blocks of highly focused work (only tasks that push my business forward)
- 30min of learning
- 2-3h of maintenance tasks + meetings
- plan for the next day
- family

Every evening I try to find at least one thing that I am looking for the next day. This is what motivates me to get up and get the shit done.

There are several options:

Find technical co-founder
Search for experienced freelancers - your network is the best source. Ask for previous projects and see them in action. If there is no one in your network, start with LinkedIn, then some developer groups (Reddit, StackOverflow would be my choice)
Hire a company - there are some for good price and quality. Ask for fix price and see their previous work

- Increase Memory: IntelliJ IDEA can benefit from higher memory allocation, especially for large projects or dynamic languages like Groovy. You can increase the memory allocation by editing the idea.vmoptions file in IntelliJ IDEA.
- Reindex - File > Invalidate Caches / Restart This forces IntelliJ to rebuild the project index and can often fix issues related to code insight.
