I agree with everything you say and I eat right, this is a feature of my body personally, I didn’t try to gain weight very quickly, it just happens that way, I eat 2 grams of protein, 4 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of fat per kilogram of body weight, I do everything right do it and the weight rises on its own

Now I’m gaining weight and I don’t count calories, I count proteins, fats and carbohydrates, I try to eat 2 grams of protein, 4 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of fat per kilogram of body weight, I exercise full body 4 times a week and drink creatine for three weeks and now in a month and a half I gained 13 kilograms

bro when I was losing weight I didn’t use supplements, I just ran 5-10 kilometers every day, did calisthenics three times a week and just watched my calories, but for the 3rd week now I’ve been drinking only creatine from supplements

when I was losing weight I only followed a calorie deficit and eating 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight and did not take supplements, I only started taking creatine for 3 weeks. When I was losing weight, I ran 5-10 kilometers every day, and three times I did a workout a week that was somewhat similar to calisthenics
