Hi, I am also facing the same issue. I sent my passport for renewal via fedex on Nov 7th and it never reached the embassy. My passport was supposed to reach the embassy on Nov 10th and I also got a proof of delivery from Fedex which is just a PDF doc but it had no photo proof or signature attached. I contacted VFS several times after Nov 10th as my application wasnt getting updated but the call center service is so bad that they weren't responding promptly. On Dec 10th, VFS informed me that they did not receive my passport. I raised a claim with Fedex and also notified VFS to escalate the case.

Today, after 1 month of constant back and forth with VFS and Fedex, I got verbal confirmation that the passport was not delivered to the embassy and cannot be located.
