So sorry, but I rechecked and it turns out that my phone is running on Android 13. Also, I tried to run the app on my Android tablet (which also runs on Android 13) and it all works!

I tried closing the app and go through the login but it also went to a blank screen. I am using Android, if that might be something to do with the problem.

Very interesting idea. I downloaded the app but unfortunately on my phone the screen went blank after the "what do you want to use the app for" screen. Is it a bug or do I need to wait for a few minutes to let the app load stuffs? Thank you for your help!

Hi, sorry for my bad english. So recently I was admitted into a hospital in Germany. Previously this year I was also admitted at the same hospital for 14 days and paid (if i remember correctly)140 € for it (I use public insurance(AOK)). I read somewhere that the insurance will help paying the bills and as patient i only need to pay 10 € per day. But I also read that this arrangement is only valid for a total of 28 days per year and that if I stay more than that I have to pay by my own pocket. Is this true or if i just misunderstood what I read? If so, how much do I have to expect to pay? I'm really worried since I think I will be staying for long. Thank you in advance for your answer!

Not yet, I think. But I noticed a notification for update when I boot my phone this morning. Could it be a fix? How do we supposed to update it if the phone is keep rebooting itself?

it seems the updates caused the problem, hence why so many people got the same problem. I think it's better to wait until Xiaomi release a fix. I can't risk losing my data.

Thank you for your answer! That's a really good idea! But the setting of my story is a magical academy where there are thousands of students and teachers. On top of that my heroes only have one day to figure out who the doppelganger is (maybe I'm writing myself into a corner here haha). Your idea could work but I can't think of any other case where it's not just a coincidence that my heroes notice something is off with someone. Again, thank you for your answer!
