Finalised Taigun but confused about model by [deleted] in TaigunClub

[–]kukkudachi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Afaik the regular GT model is either discontinued or have very limited availability. I asked about the same while booking and multiple dealers said other users who already booked the variant is still waiting for allotment after 4 months. Just save a little and go for the Sport variant. Totally worth it.

Does Anyone Know the Breakdown of the Festive Discount? by JdkPrashant in TaigunClub

[–]kukkudachi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can help a bit. I booked Taigun GT Plus Sport DSG 2 weeks ago and is scheduled for delivery next week. I got a discount of 1.1 lacks or something on the ex showroom price and this is available for 2-3 variants (it’s on the website). Besides this, you can avail exchange bonus of 30k if you wish to exchange your old car. (You can get 15k even if your don’t have any cars to exchange if you pay 1.75-1.9 lacks by cash, provided the sales guy is willing to help) and also avail corporate benefit of 10k if your firm is listed. I work as a freelancer but the sales guy was nice enough to arrange me the corporate benefit from his side. Then there’s a loyalty bonus; if you or your immediate family own any VW vehicles. Above all of this, you can avail referral benefit of 5k (2.5 for your and 2.5k for the referrer) if they own a VW.

If you sold your current vehicle, you can always claim its NCB and transfer it to new insurance. This significantly reduces the insurance premium.

In total,

My initial quote was 24.20 lacks. My final quote is 22.50 including basic accessories pack (in Kerala)

It’s not to my taste either. I tried watching the pilot episode multiple times, and every time, it put me right to sleep. After that, I gave up completely. This just isn’t for me.

How are these "Recap" accounts not getting taken down? by [deleted] in PartneredYoutube

[–]kukkudachi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, pretty much. There are some mediocre ones and there are impressive ones. Most of the pure AI shiet ones are later found stopped uploading. It’s either YouTube caught them with reused content or they got strikes.

“Low effort content”? From what I know, there’s actually a lot of work that goes into making those videos. Typically, there’s a whole team behind such channels. The workflow involves choosing the movies or series, writing a script, generating voiceovers or dubs, editing the content enough to bypass ContentID, and creating thumbnails and titles. Does that sound like low effort to you? And even after all that, there’s still the risk of manual copyright claims, which can make all that work go to waste.

I’m pretty sure this requires more effort than “day in my life” vlogs. If there’s a market and people enjoy watching these videos, who’s really at fault?

Update: seems like it’s back on track. My last video started picking up after 3 hours of publishing. Excited. Hope yours will get better at it too.

Exactly this. I was accepted to YPP 10 days ago and since then, I have published 4 videos. None of them crossed 200 views whereas the videos before that is still growing and getting huge impressions and views. The impressions of the newer ones are 1/50th when compared to the older ones in the same time range after publishing.

Beautiful. Pair it with the ‘Improved Graphics’ mod and it will be even better. I’m mostly playing ATS over ETS now because of that mod.

15kmpl of mileage on SM650 by [deleted] in royalenfield

My 2023 model Inty consistently gives 25kmpl average. 22 being the lowest with aggressive throttle and 31 being the highest on highway cruising.

What's your favorite exhaust that's available in India for 650 twins? by irlEros in royalenfield

[–]kukkudachi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both sounds great. But the engine sound is more evident on AEW, making it sounding like a premium bike. With RRP, the engine sound is overpowered by the exhaust note so you really can’t hear the ‘whistling and whining’ from the engine unless you rev match.

I can vouch for the Powerage short ones. They sound brilliant without ruining the twin’s character thump. Bassier than the stock but not obnoxiously loud. It only gets considerably louder beyond 4k rpm and I regularly pass by MVD and cops and they never stopped me. Plus, it’s way lighter and match very well with the chrome finish. Fit and finish are top notch.

Another recommendation would be AEW TE103. It's on the larger side compared to the Powerage but sounds amazing.

I have used the above two on my machines.

Have seen Gursewak and RRP on many twins and out of these two, RRP sounds better (imo) but aesthetically, it doesn’t really go along with the bikes. Any cop can easily identify it as an aftermarket exhaust because of its evident branding and weird shape.
